RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! Â Please read our policy carefully, as many of our products are custom-made.
Custom Orders
Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, all sales on custom items are final. Â We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives defective or damaged.
- The wrong item, size, or design was sent compared to your order confirmation.
Non-Custom Items
For any non-custom, ready to ship items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Â Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In original packaging with tags (if applicable).
- Shipped back at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sonsmacarthur2@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item to process the refund.
Sizing
We do our best to provide accurate size charts. Â As all garments are custom printed, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Â If you're unsure, please check the sizing chart or contact us before ordering.
