RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy carefully, as many of our products are custom-made.
Custom Orders
Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, all sales on custom items are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives defective or damaged.
- The wrong item, size, or design was sent compared to your order confirmation.
Non-Custom Items
For any non-custom, ready to ship items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In original packaging with tags (if applicable).
- Shipped back at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sonsmacarthur2@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item to process the refund.
Sizing
We do our best to provide accurate size charts. As all garments are custom printed, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. If you're unsure, please check the sizing chart or contact us before ordering.
